Municipality to publish subsidies on denhaag.nl
Published: 10 July 2012 Modified: 06 May 2013
Residents of The Hague can now see how much of a subsidy the municipality has granted and to whom. This information is now being published in a registry of grant decisions on www.denhaag.nl.
At present the more than 500 subsidies in the registry have been allocated on the basis of ‘liveability and resident participation' regulations. After the summer the municipality will add the details of other regulations to the registry.
The subsidy regulations for liveability and resident participation were created in 2011 to replace a large number of small subsidy regulations. The municipality is supporting small-scale initiatives by residents and neighbourhood associations.
The subsidy registry can be found at denhaag.nl/subsidie. The registry will be updated every three months.
Subsidy for liveability and resident participation
Residents of The Hague who would like to take an initiative in the area of liveability, well-being, youth, culture and neighbourhoods can apply for a subsidy via a product in the digital catalogue of The Hague’s products and services (loket): Subsidy for liveability and resident participation.
The Dutch-language information also contains an overview of all the measures of which residents, businesses and organisations can make use.
